Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only accept returns if they are defective or damaged or having size problems. we accept return within 30 from product delivered date.

If 30 days have gone by since delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you need to return the product for refund, send us an email at care@ryanlifestyle.com then return your product to: Ryanlifestyle Plot 25/G/1395 Lotus Colony Govandi Mumbai Maharashtra IN 400043.

You can send it back by your country post or by DHL or any other courier service you feel is better for you and provide us a tracking number by mail at care@ryanlifestyle.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will refund your within 24 hrs.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
